1. Agreement

By using toolsfree.app (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

toolsfree.app provides browser-based utility tools (the “Tools”). Tools run on your device. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes subject to these terms and to applicable law.

3. Free and paid use

Most Tools are free. Some Tools offer optional one-time paid unlocks (typical range $2.99–$9.99) that enable power features such as batch processing, HD AI exports, or removal of preview limits. We do not offer subscriptions. Paid unlocks are processed by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments.

4. Refunds

One-time digital purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the unlocked feature did not work as described. Email support@toolsfree.app with your license key and a brief description of the issue.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the files you process with the Tools. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any file you load into the Tools.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Tools to process material you are not legally entitled to handle.
• Attempt to bypass paid unlocks or share unlock license keys publicly.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or rate-limit-circumvent the Service.
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent documents (for example, fake paystubs, fake tax forms, or forged signatures).

7. Tax and legal documents

Tools that generate paystubs, tax forms, mortgage estimates, or legal templates are provided for informational and convenience purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice. Always have generated documents reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them for a transaction.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, toolsfree.app and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a paid unlock is limited to the amount you paid for that unlock in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
